In 2007, Wendy Kronick entered into a retainer agreement with Debra Opri and Associates that contained an arbitration clause.
On January 27, 2010, Kronick filed a complaint against Opri alleging causes of action for negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, conversion, intentional infliction of emotional distress and declaratory relief.
After many months and time spent pursuing the allegations, Kronick filed to dismiss the case on April 12, 2017.
